Fair time!

A blue eyed goat!  It's that time of the year for fairs. 

Can I use a goat instead of a lawn mower?

Little bantams have so much attitude. I love it. 

Talk about a comb over. I shall name him Donald Trump. 

Also attended the Tippecanoe county fair and the Indiana state fair. Was soooo excited that they reintroduced alcohol to the fair but when we got there they were closed :( #epicfailure

At night the fair becomes quite magical

So Delphi has this thing called Old Settlers which is like another way to enjoy the history of the town. We went to explore and instead found flying dogs

That's right flying dogs and frisbees

Learned a lot a out dog agility and border collies. Made me look at my dog Lucy in a different light. 

 

Lucy go fetch me some money out of the ATM. 

Yeah that's the look I get...gotta work on the training thing. 

Only in Indiana

I don't know why I'm still amazed to what I see or experience in Indiana. 

Yesterday was Delphi Indianas first Bacon festival.  Every item on the menu had bacon.

I even had fried ice cream with bacon. 

In between eating lunch and dinner decided to watch my little brother at a tractor pull.

I enjoy watching them pop up

So proud of Tyler. Always have fun watching him. 

I love Oliver's. 

Went through the garden and canned salsa.  Working on spaghetti and Bloody Mary sauce next. 

So back to more bacon this time with the parents. Mom really got into it. 

All and all a great weekend celebrating things that make Indiana special.
